The OkPrep Camp program teaches the players the skills they need to become the best hockey players possible. We emphasize proper techniques, form, and speed as we take players to their best performances ever. The students are shown how to work on their weak areas to develop their overall skill and ability. We encourage a high tempo and intense sessions but let each player develop at a pace that is comfortable for them but still challenging enough. We believe in the Pride, Hustle, Desire philosophy and want the students to walk away from our camp as passionate about the game as we are.

OFF ICE TRAINING AND CONDITIONING
We operate a sport specific program as well as an age specific program.Our focus is on showing the students proper technique and form in all the exercises we perform. The students will gain valuable information and learn to improve their stengths and weaknesses to make their on ice performance reach its maximum level.We will increase the players strength and explosiveness and make them quicker and more powerful skaters. Each day we will focus on: SAQ drills Speed/Agility/Quickness

We will counsel the players on proper diet and supplements and how to get the most out of your body.Proper re-fueling and eating the right pre-game meals will be taught. Nutrition and positive team building seminars are given throughout the week and we counsel the players on their futures and endless possibilities.Teamwork and leadership is what we preach and want each student to take with them to their respective teams.
