Bill completed a successful four years at Northern Michigan University with a Major in Physical Education and a Minor in Health and continued his hockey career playing Senior AAA hockey for the Powell River Regals. After a successful Senior Hockey career including an Allan Cup Canadian Championship in 2000 and representing Canada in the "Nagano Cup" in 2001 Bill played his way on to the television reality series "Making the Cut".

20 years experience working in hockey schools and the good fortune of being coached by such hockey greats as Scotty Bowman, Mike Keenan, and Alain Vigneault has given Bill a clear understanding of the skills and preparation needed to take a player to their maximum performance.
